| 摘 要： | 随着我市人口老龄化社会趋势的发展,老年人对养老服务的需求迅速膨胀起来,加快养老服务业人才培养,建构一个良好的、多元化的人才培养体系成为一个亟待解决的问题。本文从唐山市老年人养老需求及服务现状入手,分析了目前我市养老服务业人才培养存在的问题,提出了加强我市养老服务业人才培养的对策。

| Abstract: | With the development of the population aging trend in Tangshan, the elderly have rapidly expanding demand for old-age service, so speeding up the old-age service personnel training and constructing a good, diversified personnel training system have become urgent issues. This paper starts from the old-age demand and service situation of Tangshan, analyzes the problems existing in the current old-age service personnel training, and puts forward the countermeasures to strengthen the city old-age service personnel training. |
