| 摘 要： | 介绍了唐山佳华煤化工有限公司400 kg试验小焦炉的主要组成。该试验小焦炉是顶装与捣固炼焦两用焦炉,小焦炉安装调试完后做了大量的试验。对比分析了试验数据与6 m顶装焦炉和6.25 m捣固焦炉在焦炭反应后强度指标上的相关性。结果认为：400 kg试验小焦炉试验重现性好,与生产焦炉尤其是捣固焦炉焦炉CSR相关性强,可为大焦炉生产提供参考,有效指导生产。

| Abstract: | It is introduced the main components of small 400 kg test coke oven of Jiahua company. It is a kind of dual- purpose coke oven with top- charging and stamp- charging,and a large quantity of tests is conducted after its installation and trial run. The test data is compared and analyzed with those in 6 m top- charging and 6. 25 m stamp- charging coke ovens in relativity in coke post- reaction strength indexes. It is considered that the 400 kg small test coke oven has a good reproducibility and a strong CSR relativity with production coke oven,especial the stamp- charging one,can offer a reference for large coke oven production. |
