耐候钢铜脆缺陷的分析与控制

摘    要:对耐候钢的铜脆缺陷影响因素进行统计分析。结果表明:在现行热轧工艺制度下,在炉时间对铜脆缺陷的影响最为显著,其次是厚度和出炉温度,铜镍比的影响最小。通过优化热轧工艺可以减少铜脆缺陷的发生。

Abstract:The factors to cause copper brittleness defect in weathering steel are counted and analyzed. It is showed from the result that under the present hot rolling system,the in- furnace time has the greatest effect on copper brittleness,and following it,the thickness and tapping temperature,the copper- nickel ratio has the smallest effect. The defect can be reduced by optimizing hot rolling process.
