| 摘 要： | 对邯钢公司中板厂在线使用的WPD-2200型中厚板喷印标识机故障频发的原因进行了分析,一是喷印机控制系统存在隐患,二是使用过程中易受到外部因素干扰。必须对喷印机进行改造,从控制系统电气方面、软件方面进行了升级改造。对运行过程中上喷字体的运行轨迹、高温涂料的质量以及系统工作压力方面进行了调控。改造后提高了设备运行效率,保证了喷印机的标识质量。

| Abstract: | It is analyzed the reason for frequent breakdown of WPD- 2200 plate ink jet mark printer on- line used in Plate Rolling Mill of Han Steel： first,the hidden trouble in its control system,and second,external disturb. The upgrading reformation is conducted in electric control system and software. The regulation is carried out in the running track of word jetting in operation,quality of high- temperature paint and systematic working pressure. After reformation the equipment operation efficiency gets improved,the mark quality guaranteed. |
