| 摘 要： | 研究了土壤中多氯联苯的最佳提取方法和HPLC的快速测定方法,该方法的最低检出限为0.001mg/kg,PCBs含量在0.05—0.2mg/kg范围内,土壤中PCBs的回收宰均在80—104%之间,本法操作简便,准确度高、精密度好,土壤中其它杂质基本不干扰测定。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the extraction and HPLC determination of polvchlorinated biphenys (PCB_s) in soil were studied. The detection limit was 0.001mg/kg. When the concentraction of PCB, in soil was between 0. 05～0. 2mg/kg, the recovery of PCB_s ranged from 80% to 104%. This method was simpler and more accurate than others and no interference from the other components were in the determination of PCB_5. |
