内燃机润滑油流动特性研究

摘    要:为提高内燃机中回转运动副,特别是曲轴等运动件的润滑效果,建立一套用于研究粘性流体在管路中流动特性的试验系统。试验研究了三种润滑油的流动摩擦系数、管件出口流量系数、能量损失系数。研究表明,在雷诺数为10~140范围内的流动特性参数试验系统是有效的和适用的,可以为预测和深入研究相应管路中流体的流动特性提供参考。

Abstract:In order to improve the lubricating power of rotational pairings, especially the crank shaft of internal combustion engine, a testing system to study the flowing characteristics of viscous fluids in pipelines was built up. The friction coefficient, discharge coefficient of pipe outlet and loss coefficient of three kinds of luboils were discussed through tests. The results show that when the Reynolds numbers are within the range of 10- 140, the testing system is effective and applicable, which can offer references for prediction or further study.
