摘    要:依据Mn-Zn功率铁氧体材料的微结构与损耗之间的关系,以充分考虑大生产的可能性的前提下,采用传统的氧化物生产工艺,通过分析各种添加物如CaO-SiO2等对微结构及功耗的影响,优化烧结条件,成功地制备出了可批量生产的性能优异的高频低功耗功率铁氧体材料DMR50,与国外同类产品的对比测试表明,该产品的各种物理性能已经全面达到甚至超过了国外同类产品的先进水平,并已经成功地为国内外多家客户提供了性能合格的DMR50材料磁芯。文中还对由DMR50材料制成的铁氧体磁芯的各种电磁性能及显微结构作了全面的研究和分析。

Abstract:Through analyzing the relations between the core loss and the microstructure of Mn-Zn ferrites for power supplies, and by examining the effect of the some other additive elements such as CaO-SiO2 on the microstructure and core loss, we were able to obtain the extremely low loss Mn-Zn ferrite material for power applications at 500kHz by optimizing the sintering conditions and also additives, and successfully produced it in large-scale. Taking fully into account the mass production conditions, a conventional ceramic powder processing technique was employed. Comparative test shows that the physical characteristics of DMR50 material has reached or even exceeded the world advanced level of the same kind of materials. We also have supplied many certified cores of DMR50 material to the domestic and overseas customers. Furthermore, the electromagnetic characteristics and the microstructure of DMR50 material were discussed.
