摘    要:依据GB/T 17592-2006研究样品前处理过程的技术参数时联苯胺回收率的影响,得出最佳前处理参数.将气质联用仪(GC-MSD)和高效液相色谱一二级管阵列检测器(HPLC-DAD)两种色谱手段应用于禁用偶氮染料定性过程中,可以有效避免同分异构体造成的假阳性,并且比较GC-MSD外标法、内标法与HPLC-DAD外标法定量结果的差别.

Abstract:Based on GB/T17592-2006,the technical parameters of samples pre-treatment process effects of recovery benzidine were studied and the best pre-treatment parameters were acquired.GC-MSD and HPLC-DAD means being used in the qualitative process,could effectively avoid the false positive caused by the same differentiation conformation,and comparative GC-MSD external standard method,internal standard method and external standard HPLC-DAD quantitative differences were compared.
