航天铝合金ZL205A数控车削力模型的建立

摘    要:采用理论分析和经验相结合的方法,确定了航天材料ZL205A数控车削力的数学模型,并通过试验分析确定了模型的参数。结果表明:该模型确定的切削力理论值和实际值吻合,说明用该模型来预测加工中的切削力可行,为进一步的加工变形研究奠定了基础。

Abstract:The mathematical predictive turning-force model of Muminum ZL205A is presented based on theoretical method and experience. A large set of turning tests is conducted for Aluminum ZL205A using carbide tools over a range of cutting variables to obtain the parameters of the model. Results show that depending on the cutting conditions, theoretical values of cutting forces predicted by the model are consistent with the experimental values. The results indicate that the cutting force model developed is reasonable and it is the foundation of the further research of machining deflection.
