摘    要:根据运行中污秽绝缘子产生泄漏脉冲电流的原理,提出了用脉冲电流法判定线路绝缘子污秽程度的方法。据此研制的装置用高速采样系统确定电流脉冲个数和幅值,计及线路状况及大气环境等因素后综合处理,判定绝缘子污秽程度。该法使用简便,可在线监测线路绝缘子的污秽程度和清扫质量,为状态检修提供了科学依据。

Abstract:Based on the principle that the contaminated insulator produces leakage pulse current under normal operating voltage, the method to determine the extent of contamination of insulator of transmission line by using pulse current concept is put forward. While taking into account of transmission line conditions and atmospheric environment etc. , the instrument uses high speed sampling system to determine the numbers and amplitudes of pulse current and comprehensively processes measurement data and then determines the extent of contamination in insulators. This method is easy to use and enables the controls of extent of insulator contamination of transmission line and cleaning quality, therefore provides scientific evidences for condition-based maintenance.
