摘    要:企业文化作为企业发展的一种核心竞争力量,在国有企业的改革和发展过程中发挥着越来越重要的作用。作者在深入分析了当前国有企业文化建设中存在的若干问题的基础上,提出了具体的应对策略:重视企业文化在国有企业发展中的核心竞争力作用;确立国有企业文化战略目标,建立企业文化长效机制;正确处理好企业文化建设与思想政治工作的关系;结合企业发展实际,塑造个性国有企业文化;在继承和发扬传统国有企业文化的基础上进行大胆创新和发展。

Abstract:Enterprise development, corporate culture as a core competitive force in the state-owned enterprise reform and development process is playing an increasingly important role. This in-depth analysis of the current cultural construction of state-owned enterprises that exist on the basis of a number of issues put forward a specific coping strategies: emphasis on corporate culture in the state-owned enterprises in the development of the role of core competencies; establish the strategic objectives of the state-owned enterprise culture, the establishment of corporate culture long-term mechanism; correctly handle the building of enterprise culture and the relationship between the ideological and political work; combination of business development practical shape the character of state-owned enterprise culture; in inheriting and carrying forward the traditional culture of state-owned enterprises on the basis of bold innovation and development.
