梁家煤矿井下中央泵房的自动化控制改造

摘    要:针对梁家煤矿井下中央泵房原采用三台多级耐磨离心式水泵,配套电动机为800 kW、6 kV,采用电抗器降压起动,存在起动电流大,运行噪音大,超过人体工作环境允许85 dB等问题,提出采用软启动和PLC配合对整个排水系统进行改造。改造后实现了远程控制,达到了井下中央泵房无人值守的要求。

Abstract:The original use of three multi-grade wear resistant centrifugal pumps at underground Liangjia coal mine central pump station.The supporting motor is 800 kW,6 kV.Adopts the reactor to reduce voltage start,the problems include big start current and high operation noise,which over 85 dB that human work environment allows.The soft start and PLC are proposed to coordinate with the transformation of the drainage system.Then the remote control is realized,which meet the requirements of unattended central pump station.
