摘    要:精细控压钻井技术可有效解决窄密度窗口钻井溢漏同存的难题,提高钻井时效。为此,系统分析了控压钻井的工艺原理,以及PCDS-I精细控压钻井系统实现循环钻进、起下钻和接立柱等不同工况的控压钻井循环流程,制定了牛东102井控压钻井工艺设计方案,并在牛东102井进行了现场应用和效果评价。应用结果表明,该精细控压钻井系统实现了钻进、起下钻和接立柱等工况的压力精细控制,控制精度在0.5 MPa以内,收到了迅速抑制溢流、有效控制漏失、防止井壁掉块、降低作业风险和提高机械钻速的效果。

Abstract:The precise managed pressure drilling(MPD) technology can effectively solve the problem of leak and overflow coexistence in narrow density window drilling in order to improve drilling aging.Therefore,a systematic analysis of MPD was conducted as well as the MPD circulation processes in different operating such as circulation drilling,tripping and pipe connection carried out by the PCDS-I precise MPD system.The technological design scheme of MPD for Well 102 of Niudong was determined.The field application and effect evaluation were conducted in the well.The application shows that the precise MPD system achieves the precise control of pressure in drilling,tripping and pipe connection.The control precision is within 0.5 MPa,achieving the effect of fast inhibition of overflow,effective control of lost circulation,inhibition of well wall chipping,reduction of operating risks and improvement of rate of penetration.
