水动力刮蜡器的研制与应用

摘    要:针对目前油井井筒内结蜡严重,造成维护作业时管柱下入井底困难,需要反复多次刮蜡的问题,研制了一种水动力刮蜡器。该水动力刮蜡器在结构上进行了较大的改进和创新,改变了普通喇叭口刮蜡器仅仅依靠油管及自身重力产生刮削力的刮蜡方式,依靠高压洗井液能量驱动液压马达产生高速旋转扭力带动刮削刀片高速旋转,将井筒内壁上的结蜡粉碎,再由洗井液带出井筒。现场应用结果表明,该刮蜡器具有结构简单、动作灵活、使用方便、刮削力强等特点,1次即可将井筒内的结蜡全部刮削干净,具有广阔的推广应用前景。

Abstract:Currently serious wax deposition occurs in shafts of oil wells,thus causing difficulties in pipe string lowering in operation of maintenance and requiring repeated paraffin scrapings.Therefore,a type of hydrodynamic scraper was developed.The scraper was structurally improved and innovated,changing the scraping mode of ordinary bell-mouth scrapers which depends merely on the cutting force caused by the gravity of tubing and the scraper.The new scraper depends on the high-pressure ablution energy to drive the hydraulic motor to produce high rotation torsion and make the cutting blade rotate at top speed,crushing the deposition wax on the internal wall of the shaft.The crushed wax will be taken out of the shaft by ablution.The field application shows that the scraper is characterized by simple structure,flexible movement,convenient application and strong cutting power.All deposition wax within the shaft can be cleaned only once.It has a bright prospect of spread and application.
