| 摘 要： | 分析了目前选煤厂取料机料耙油泵电动机控制存在的问题,提出了基于软起动器和PLC的控制方案,设计了软起动系统和PLC控制系统。控制系统具备直接起动和软起动两种起动方式,并可自由切换;具备油温超限、滤油器堵塞等多种保护功能。该系统经实际应用,取得了良好的效果。

| Abstract: | Analyzes the current problems of reclaiming machine claw oil pump motor control in coal preparation plant,proposes a soft starter and PLC-based control scheme.So the soft starting system and PLC control system are designed.The control system has two start methods,one is direct start and the other one is soft start function.And the two methods can switch freely.This control system has multi-function,such as oil temperature overrun,oil filter plugging etc.This system gains good effect by stable operation. |
