摘    要:通过试验研究,提出了一种新型的不锈钢着色工艺--常规脉冲伏安法着黑色,即在无铬的硼酸缓冲液中,通过加入添加剂(自配)降低着色温度,进行电化学着色.测试了着色样品在3.5%NaCl溶液中的耐蚀性.采用扫描探针显微镜(SPM)观测了着色膜封膜前后的形貌.结果表明,常规脉冲伏安法着色工艺是一种低温、无铬的不锈钢着色的新型环保工艺,所得到的不锈钢着色膜光亮美观、呈黑色,同时具有优良的耐磨性和耐热性.

Abstract:A normal pluse voltammetry method to obtain black film on stainless steel in Cr-free boracic acid solution was developed.The working temperature was lowered by using a special additive.The corrosion behavior of anodic oxide film on stainless steel in 3.5% NaCl solution was evalueted by potentiodynamic polarization and scan probe microscopy(SPM).The new technology can replace other chemical coloring methods and avoid environmental pollution.The obtained anodized coating on stainless steel was black and had excellent heat resistance and wear resistance.
