发电机内冷水碱性处理研究

摘    要:采用碱性处理方式控制发电机内冷水水质为微弱碱性,可减缓发电机空芯铜导线腐蚀。碱性处理方式包括直接投加碱化剂和钠型混床旁路处理等。本文通过试验,比较研究了直接投加碱化剂和钠型混床旁路处理的应用工艺条件和处理后的水质情况。

Abstract:Alkalization treatment is a good method to promote the quality of turbogenerator inner cooling water and prevent the hollow copper conductor from corrosion.The treatments can be adding alkaline chemicals or sodium ion exchange bypass treatment.The applied technical condition and the water quality of the above two treatments were studied through tests in this paper.
