| 摘 要： | SED1520液晶显示控制驱动器集行、列驱动器和控制器与一体。基于SED1520控制器的12232型图形显示模块采用间接访问工作方式与51系列的MCU相连接。用C51程序设置对于控制器的读、写状态的时序,从而实现对于控制器的写指令代码、写数据代码、清屏幕、屏幕滚动功能的操作。并且应用于可编地址的环境监测系统的报警主机电路中。

| Abstract: | SED1520 LCD controller combines row driver, line driver and controller. Based on the 12232 style display of SED1520 controller, the module connected to the MCU by indirect access ways. C51 program has been set the schedule of reading and writing status for controller. It can work out some operations of writing instruction code, writing data code, clear screen and roll screen. It also can apply in the alarm mainframe circuit of compiling address environment monitoring system. |
