| Abstract: | For construction of a water and hydropower project, the project supervision company shall be determined as early as possible before tendering so as to get the company involved in the whole process of project tendering, bidding and contract management earlier, which is closely related with the reduction of project cost and assurance of project quality and successful implementation of the project. |
