| Abstract: | Technical specification for foundation treament of steel storage tank in petro chemical area was executed form March 1,1998 which is approved and pub lished.The author of this paper is a main compiler for the specification.This paper in troduces the main content briefly and explains the course of compilation and features of the specification.It is result the specification can be executed well and be more effective. |
