摘    要:将涤纶纤维进行不同收缩率,不同纤度,不同孔形的三异化设计,就能赋于织物特殊的外观和手感。三异纤维是理想的仿真丝纤维。文中对三异纤维的工艺路线进行了探讨,认为采用收缩性不同的两种涤纶切片,利用双螺杆复合纺丝技术生产出总纤度小于111dtex的三异纤维的工艺路线是先进的。

Abstract:Unique appearance and hand-touch of fabrics can be achieved through special design of polyester fibres with different shrinkage, size and pore shape. This paper discusses the process of producing this fibre, which is regarded as an ideal material for silk imitations. The author believes that the triply different fibre with a total size less than 111 dtex can be turned out from two different shrinkage polyester chips by double-screw composite spinning, which is considered as an advanced process.
