挤压混凝土固坡技术的应用研究与思考

摘    要:挤压混凝土固坡技术是利用挤压成型的混凝土挡墙作为垫层料施工的上游约束,一次性完成垫层料的坡面整形和保护的施工新技术。我国自2001年以来,在多座堆石坝中采用了此项技术,简化了上游垫层料坡面的施工工序,优化了施工设备,提高了施工效率,加快了施工进度,确保了安全度汛。

Abstract:In compact concreting under confronted condition,the concrete retaining wall built under pressure and compaction serves as an upstream constrain for cushion materials.In so doing,the construction and protection of the slope cushion materials will be completed in a single operation.Since 2001,this technology has been adopted in a number of rockfill dams.It simplified the construction procedure of upstream slope of cushion materials,reduced the number of construction equipment and improved the efficiency,progress and safety during flood season.
