球磨镁基贮氢合金的研究

摘    要:在空气中用机械合金化制备了Mg2Ni贮氢合金,并用XRD、SEM、TEM和充放电测试等研究了合金的组成、结构和电化学性能。在非真空和没有保护气的条件下球磨,得到的Mg2Ni贮氢合金具有良好的活化性能及较高的贮氢容量。随着球磨时间的增加,容量也相应增加,当球磨30 h时,合金容量可达482.75 mAh/g,但在碱液中的氧化、腐蚀,使其容量衰退很快,循环稳定性不理想。

Abstract:Mg_2Ni hydrogen storage alloy was synthesized by mechanical alloying in air.Its component,structure and electrochemical performance were studied by XRD,SEM, TEM and charge-discharge tests.Mg_2Ni hydrogen storage alloy had good activation performance and high hydrogen storage capacity by ball milling with the environment of non-vacuum and no protecting gas.The capacity increased with the increasing of ball milling time.When the ball milling time was 30 h,the capacity of the alloy could reach to 482.75 mAh/g,but its capacity dropped quickly for the reason of oxidation and corrosion in the alkaline liquor,the cycle stability was not ideal.
