摘    要:运用自动化生产流程,大型分割式平面堆肥,翻倒混拌有氧发酵等技术,采用自生固氮菌、磷细菌、钾细菌等深层发酵所得的菌体,以鸡粪为有机肥的原材料,并添加适量添加剂(10%HA、10%过磷酸钙、秸秆粉等),生产出一种环境友好的高质量新型微生物腐植酸类肥料。田间试验结果表明,施用该肥料可以使大豆增产13.3%、玉米增产15.6%、经济类作物cash crop平均增产11.5%~14.9%,且改良土壤效果明显。该肥料施用方法简便,具有广阔的发展前景。

Abstract:A new micro-organic fertilizer was produced by the automatic production process, huge type of separated plane composting, aerobic fermentation and other technology, as well as inoculating the submerged fermentation bacterial cell of nitrogen fixing bacteria, phosphate bacteria, potassium bacteria, and additives (10%HA, 10%superphosphate, straw meal, etc.),into chicken excreta. This humic acid fertilizer was high quality and no harmful to the environment. The field results showed that application of this fertilizer can increase the yield of soybean by 13.3%, corn by 15.6%, cash crop by 1 1.5 %~14.9 %, and imp rove th e so il condition significantly. The application of this micro- organic fertilizer is very simple and convenient, so it will be a promising new fertilizer.
