| Abstract: | Combined with several years' management experiences in the system entrusting one company to build and manage the roles of this system acted are briefly analyzed as well as advantages and disadvantages of this system.The definitions and legal relationships among participators are discussed.In the end operation mode of this system is introduced in order to perfect this system in the future. |
