摘    要:以硫酸锰作催化剂液相条件下用氧气氧化对硝基甲苯,生成对硝摹苯甲酸,收率75%。反应以吗啉作溶剂。在碱性条件常压下进行。探讨了反应条件对氧化过程的影响,分析了可能的反应机理。

Abstract:4-Nitrobenzoic acid was prepared in 75% yield by manganese sulfate catalyzed liquid phase oxidation of 4-nitrotoluene with oxygen. The reaction was carried out in morpholine in the presence of potassium hydroxide under atmospheric pressure. Effects of reaction conditions such as reaction temperature, time, kinds of solvents, amounts of manganese sulfate, potassium hydroxide and morpholine and reaction mechanisms were discussed.
