摘    要:把南水北调东线供水工程作为一个水资源的供应链,交易主体由水供应商和分销商组成,从交易主体市场资金运营的角度,建立了合作博弈的联合定价模型,并设计了政府最高限价的两部制(基本水价与计量水价相结合的水价制)动态定价约束.通过数值算例验证了模型的有效性.其结果表明,联合定价模型所获得的供应链整体利润比Stackelberg博弈模型高,并且在联合定价下通过利润分配因子的设计可实现供应链整体、生产商、分销商的多赢.

Abstract:The East Route South to North Water Transfer Project is regarded as a water supply chain to establish a joint pricing model based on cooperative game theory from the view point of fund running in market dealing. The subjects of dealing are consisted of water suppliers and retailers. The dynamic pricing restrictions of upper limit for government is designed according to the principle of water pric must compose of basic price and metered water price. The effectiveness of the model is verified by an example. The result show that the global benefit obtained by using this model is higher than that of stachelberg game model and benefits of all sides indluding the global water supply chain, suppliers and retailers can be realized jointly if the benefit allocation factors is reasonably designed.
