Study of the Optical Access Network Planning in Jiangxi Province

According to the guideline of "Fewer Exchanges and Higher Capacity", the telecom departments in Jiangxi province are taking an active part in the construction of the access network, expanding the exchange coverage , and optimizing the local networks.In this article, the access network status, planning principles, technical selection policy and construction issues are presented.
