| 摘 要： | 1985年改建为大专后,正逢难得的历史机遇。学校紧抓机遇,发挥四个方面的办学优势。尽快完成了由中专向大专的过渡,加强了基础设施建设和教学基本建设,扩宽学校职能作用,在十年内上了规模档次,提高了办学效益,上了一个新台阶。

| Abstract: | After being promoted to a college in 1985,the school was at the right time to meet some historical opportunities, which the school grasped well to display its four superiorities in running a school. Therefore, the school completed the transition from technical secondary school to college in a short time, stengthened capital construction and basic teaching construction, enhanced the function of school. And during the ten years, the school has developed to a larger scale and to a new higher level, improved the efficiency of running a school. |
