| 摘 要： | 土压平衡式盾构机施工中的运输作业，都采用螺旋输送机和托辊带式输送机配合出料，其中托。辊带式输送机的盘槽边角难以增大，最大运输能力为450m^3/h(φ6．3m型盾构机)，使盾构机的掘进能力受到制约，得不到充分发挥。

| Abstract: | In view of the working conditions of shield machine, processing from the theory of air film conveying technology, the author analyzes the characteristics of the air film conveyor. Taking 6 250 mm shield machine as a example, the paper introduces design philosophy, technical index and economic benefit of the shield machine which applied air film conveying tehchnology. |
