煤炭自燃过程中耗氧速率与温度耦合研究

摘    要:通过对采集煤样进行热解试验,用气相色谱仪测定了试验煤样在不同热解温度下氧气的含量,分析了氧气随温度变化规律,得出耗氧速率与温度的数量关系,用于判定煤炭自燃的阶段,为科学控制煤炭自燃、防止煤炭自燃的发生提供决策依据.

Abstract:The pyrolytic experiment was conducted with the collected coal samples. A gas chromatograph was used to measure the oxygen content of coal sample under different pyrolytic temperatures. The paper analyzed the law of oxygen with the temperature variation. The paper had got the quantity relationship between the oxygen consumption rate and the temperature. The oxygen content, the oxygen law and the relationship can be applied to ascertain the stage of the coal spontaneous combustion, which could scientifically control the coal spontaneous combustion and could provide the decision reference to prevent the coal spontaneous combustion occurred.
