| 摘 要： | 社会现代化有赖于人的主体性的充分发挥.当前,要把唤醒主体意识、培养主体能力以及塑造主体人格作为目标,在对人的塑造中实现三个方面的转变:由"机械人"向"自由人"的转变;由"传统人"向"现代人"的转变;由"片面人"向"全面人"的转变.具体而言,一是不断提升主体素质,二是建设民主法制,三是完善市场体制,四是加强文化建设.在不断完善主体自我本质的过程中,逐步走向更高的发展水平.

| Abstract: | The modernization of a society depends on the subjectivity of the people.Our goal is to arouse the subjective consciousness,develop the subjective ability and mold perfect personality in the talents training.To be exact,we should 1)improve the subjective quality;2)strengthen the construction of democratic and legal system;3)perfect the mechanism of market;and 4)emphasize the cultural construction. |
