摘    要:介绍了某电厂125MW机组的调峰试验,包括试验的基本内容,各试验工况中转子危险点的应力谱及转子的寿命损耗值;并结合试验结果研究了125MW机组在调峰运行过程中如何对转子寿命损耗进行优化控制的问题。在如何控制冷冲击,平稳操作和优化暖机方式等三个方面进行了讨论,得出了实用价值的结论。

Abstract:Described in this paper is the peak load shaving operation test of a 125 MW steam turbine unit, which includes: basic contents of the test, the stress spectrum of rotor dangerous points under various test conditions and rotor service life loss evaluation. Moreover, on the basis of the test results a study has been conducted concerning the optimized control of the rotor service life loss of the 125 MW steam turbine during its peak load shaving operations. A discussion was carried out focusing on the following three aspects: a method designed for cold shock control, proper measures aimed at realizing a steady operation, the adoption of an optimized warming up mode for the steam turbine. As a result, the authors have drawn some conclusions of practical value.
