双液相溶剂浸取棉仁的甲醇相中棉酚含量测定

摘    要:提出了紫外可见分光光度计测定双液相溶剂(甲醇相 石油醚)浸取棉仁的甲醇相中棉酚含量的方法。采用转化法将甲醇相中棉酚转移到丙酮溶剂中,经离心沉淀后取上层清液在370nm波长下测定棉酚含量。结果表明,该方法具有简便、重复性好、回收率高等优点,可用于双液相浸取棉仁的甲醇相中棉酚含量的测定。

Abstract:A method was developed to determine gossypol content in methanol phase from treating cottonseed kernel by two-phase solvent(methanol petroleum ether)extraction. The gossypol solved in methanol phase was resolved by transformation to acetone solvent and its supernatant liquid after centrifugation was analyzed at 370 nm.The results showed that it was a simple method with good reproducibility and high recovery rate in determining gossypol content in methanol phase from two-phase solvent extraction.
