浇注条件下Fe-Ti-C系粉末压坯一维传热模型的研究

摘    要:在浇注条件下,制备TiC/Fe复合材料,并对Fe-Ti-C系粉末压坯的轴向一维温度场进行测试,分析其传热规律,建立传热模型,得到模拟的温度场曲线.通过和实际浇注条件下得到的温度场曲线进行对比,此模型能模拟出其升降温趋势.通过测定浇注过程中铁液的温度场,分析粉末压坯的传热规律,推断其内部的物理化学变化,达到控制过程和提高生产率的目的.

Abstract:A new technique which is different from the present technique was adopted. Using the technique, TiC/Fe composite was synthesized. At the same time, a series of curves are obtained after testing the (temperature)field of a Fe-Ti-C powder compact under the condition of pouring. The _X_-ray Diffraction of the last powder compact shows TiC has been synthesized. Thus a temperature field model is built. Through analyzing the (different) between the model and the actual one, we not only find that the model reflects actual temperature tendency but know the law how heat transfers and deduce physical chemistry reactions in the compact. In this way, the process can be controlled and productivity be raised.
