光缆端接工厂化预制技术在数据中心布线中的应用

大型数据中心建设的迅速发展，对布线系统的安全、可靠、快速部署、升级以及扩容能力提出了更高要求，传统光缆现场端接方式已不能适应数据中心建设要求。本文阐述了基础布线系统在数据中心建设中的地位。介绍了数据中心建设中传统的现场光缆端接方式。分析了数据中心建设对光缆布放的技术要求，针对传统现场端接方式效率低、性能差、空间密度低等缺陷，提出了光缆端接工厂化预制方案。论述了光缆端接工厂化预制的关键技术、工艺流程、注意事项，分析了光缆端接工厂化预制技术在数据中心建设中的应用优势。

Application of Cable Termination Factory Prefabricating Technique in the PDS of the Data Center

With the rapid development of the construction of large data center, it puts forward higher requirements of safety and reliability, the wiring system of rapid deployment, upgrading and expansion ability, the traditional cable field termination has not meet the requirement of data center construction. This paper expounds the basic position of cabling system in data center construction in the field of optical cable, introduces the traditional data center construction termination method, analyses the requirements of data center construction of cable laying technology, in view of the traditional field termination has low efficiency, poor performance, low spatial density of defects, proposed the cable terminal factory prefabrication scheme, discusses the key technology of connecting cable end, factory prefabrication process, matters needing attention, analyzes the application advantages of cable termination of factory prefabrication technology in data center construction.
