磷化钝化二合一处理工艺的研究

摘    要:介绍了一种磷化钝化二合一处理液的研制方法和处理工艺.经过本工艺处理的镀锌板得到磷化钝化膜层,使镀锌钢板具有很好的耐蚀性,同时又具有很好的涂装附着性能.使用此类镀锌板时可直接进行涂装.通过测试膜层的耐蚀性及涂覆有机树脂后的性能.证明该处理液可提高镀锌板耐蚀性且易于涂覆有机树酯,该工艺节能、效率高,可用于实际生产.

Abstract:A method of preparing the phosphatization and passivation two in one treating fluids and treating process are introduced. The treating fluids can enhance the corrosion resistance of galvanized sheets and make them apt to spray the organic polyester-resin protective coating by testing corrosion resistance of the film and performance of after the film sprayed the organic polyester. The process is much more energy-saving, more simple, and more effective. And it may be used to production.
