老城区阻塞通道交通改善基本对策

老城区内经常出现交通堵塞等问题,应从系统优化层面来改善。描述了老城区阻塞通道选取原则以及需考虑的因素,从路网结构与功能、时空资源整合两个层面提出了阻塞通道交通改善基本对策,给出了老城区阻塞通道交通改善的基本流程。最后以广州市中山路老城区阻塞通道改造工程为例,进行了实证分析。结果表明,老城区阻塞通道的改善须借用交通工程的思想,从宏观路网、阻塞通道系统等多个角度来改善交通问题。
