| 摘 要： | 探讨氨纶包芯纱纬弹织物的设计及生产技术要点.从氨纶丝干定量的计算、氨纶丝的选用、氨纶丝牵伸倍数的选择、布面疵点的控制、织造工艺的优化等方面进行了实践,在以上各方面采取措施,弹力织物的出口合格率达到99.24%,织机效率达到91%以上.

| Abstract: | Design and key production technology of weft elastic fabric with spandex core-spun yarn were discussed. Dry weight per unit of spandex was calculated, spandex and its draft multiple were chosen, defects in fabric was controlled, weaving processing was optimized. After adopting measures that mentioned above, export accepted product percentage of elastic fabric reach 99.24%, Doom efficiency reach above 91%. |
