吊管机配重装置动力学仿真与优化设计

摘    要:使用Pro/Engineer构建了吊管机配重装置的三维模型,结合使用Pro/Engineer的接口模块在虚拟样机仿真软件ADAMS中建立了吊管机配重装置虚拟样机模型,对吊管机配重装置进行了动力学仿真与优化设计研究。研究结果表明,液压缸最大推力更小,整个配重装置更加紧凑。

Abstract:The paper describes how 3D model for pipe hoist's counterweight is built by means of Pro/Engineer and how the virtual prototype model is built for it by the interface module from Pro/Engineer and ADAMS virtual prototype simulation software.Furthermore,it carries out the dynamic simulation and optimal design of the counterweight.The results show that the hydraulic cylinder's maximum pushing force is smaller and the device is more compact.
