重卡冷却系统匹配性探讨研究

汽车冷却系保证了发动机在最适宜的温度范围内工作,因此汽车发动机冷却系的设计工作在汽车的研发中具有重要地位,冷却系的各个重要部件的准确设计计算对保证冷却系的工作性能非常重要。笔者通过对某重型卡车冷却系统的计算与特性分析,匹配出合理的散热器,保证发动机在最适宜的温度范围内工作。

A Study on Coding System Matching in Heavy Truck

The cooling system of the automobile engine ensures the engine works at the optimum temperature range,so the design of the cooling system of the automobile engine has an important position in the research and development of the automobile.Exactly calculating and designing all important parts of the cooling system is very important to ensure the work performance of the cooling system of the automobile engine.In this paper,by calculation and characteristic analysis to the cooling system of the heavy truck,a reasonable radiator is matched to ensure that the engine is at the optimum temperature range.
