摘    要:考察了载体TiO2 -ZrO2 的制备条件对B2 O3/TiO2 -ZrO2 催化环己酮肟气相Beckmann重排反应性能的影响 ,确定较佳的制备条件 :分别以四氯化钛和氧氯化锆为钛源和锆源 ,采用反滴法将原料慢慢地滴加到沉淀剂氨水溶液中 ,沉淀终点的pH等于 9 0 ,沉淀的老化温度 2 5℃ ,焙烧温度 5 0 0℃。环己酮肟的转化率和己内酰胺的选择性分别高达 99 7%和 97 0 %。

Abstract:The effects of preparation conditions of TiO 2-ZrO 2 on catalytic performance of B 2O 3/TiO 2-ZrO 2 for vapor-phase Beckmann rearrangement of cyclohexanone oxime to ε -caprolactam were investigated.The optimum preparation conditions were:adoption of titanium tetrachloride and zirconium oxychloride as sources of titanium and zirconium;reactants were added dropwise to the precipitation agent aqueous ammonia by means of back titration;precipitation end point pH value,9 0;aging temperature of precipitate,25 ℃;and calcination temperature of precipitate,500 ℃.The conversion of cyclohexanone oxime and the selectivity for ε -caprolactam were 99 7% and 97 0%,respectively.
