摘    要:研究了稀土元素铈对铝锂合金表面贫化层的影响以及表面贫化层对合金腐蚀形态的影响,研究表明:铈的加入会减小铝锂合金表面贫化层的深度,表面贫化层的耐蚀性优于基体的耐蚀性,并且表面贫化层对铝锂合金腐蚀形态和剥蚀速度起重要的作用。通常在贫化层中只发生点蚀,但当点蚀穿透贫化层后,腐蚀会沿着层间或晶界发展,呈现不同的腐蚀形态,这取决于热处理制度和合金的微观组织形态。

Abstract:The influence of cerium on depletion layer of the surface of Al Li alloys and the influence of the depletion layer on the corrosion morphology of the alloys were studied. It is shown that cerium addition to 2090 alloy reduces the depth of the depletion layer, the layer is superior in corrosion resistance to the matrix of the alloy and has substantial influence on the rate of exfoliation and corrosion morphology. Usually pitting corrosion occurs within the depletion layer. However when the pits penetrate through the whole layer, corrosion may develop along layer interface and grain boundary, and different types of corrosion morphology can be observed. This depends on the heat treatment procedures and microstructure characteristics of the alloy.
