| 摘 要： | 用电石法生产PVC（以30m^3釜为主）的企业中自动控制系统一般采用DCS，这种控制系统具有控制对象单一、结构简单等特点。随着PVC行业的技术发展、控制精确化、操作顺序化、管控一体化将成为PVC行业控制技术发展方向。

| Abstract: | In the production of PVC with carbide in 30 m 3 polymerizer,DCS automatic control system is usually adopted,for it has some advantages,such as single control object,and simple structure.With the technological progress of PVC industry,accurate control,sequential operation and unification of control and management will be the development trend of automatic control technology in PVC industry. |
