摘    要:简要分析了榆林煤化循环水系统上回水温度升高的原因,并针对性提出了不停车运行的处理方案。通过加氯、冲击性投加非氧化杀菌剂、两次在线剥离清洗以及物理清洗方法相结合的运行方案,对循环水系统进行了清理,并且取得明显效果。

Abstract:Brief analysis of the temperature rise in the circulating cooling water system, and put forward some special means for teratment. Through using the method of adding chlorine, non oxidizing bactericide, two times online cleaning, physical cleaning and cleaning the circulating cooling water system, and has an obvious effect.
