煤制天然气项目干燥脱水方法的论证

摘    要:煤制天然气项目是近年来新兴产业,是国家能源发展的重要项目,煤制天然气的制取及脱水干燥、外输等是煤制天然气项目的重要组成部分,脱水干燥方法的选择不仅要考虑化工区、运输区整体工艺情况,更要综合考虑运行简单、维护方便、经济适用等原则。根据已有的实际工业干燥方法为依托,并结合辽宁大唐国际阜新煤制天然气项目实际情况分析讨论了两种干燥方式的优缺点,确定了该项目经济、合理的干燥方式。

Abstract:The coal-to-SNG project is a newly developed industry over recent years and has become priority project for the national energy development.The production,drying, dehydration and transportation of SNG are important units of the project,so it is required not only to calculate the condition of plant area and transportation zone,but also to take some standards such as operability,maintainability,economy and applicability into consideration in making the selection of the drying and dehydration method.In this thesis,on the basis of both the existing industrial drying method and the actual condition of Liaoning Datang International Fuxin coal-to-SNG project,the advantages and disadvantages of two drying methods are analyzed and discussed before an economic and reasonable drying method for this project is dertermined.
