厚薄膜混合微电路在测井仪器中的应用

摘    要:为实现大深度井、高温井的地层参数测量,提高测井仪器的耐高温性能,研究了基于厚薄膜技术的混合微电路,用来替代传统PCB电路板,达到提高测井仪器电子线路耐高温性能的目的。经实验室高温循环测试,利用该技术研发的功能模块能够在175℃高温环境下按照正常测井时序工作10h以上,且体积小、质量轻、可靠性高,该技术可以在测井仪器中推广应用。

Abstract:To measure the formation parameters of great depth and high temperature well, and improve the high temperature resistant performance of the logging instrument, the paper researched hybrid microcircuit based on thick-thin film technology. It can improve the high temperature resistant performance of the logging instrument instead of the traditional PCB circuit boards. After cycle test in laboratory, the module could work more than ten hours in the 175℃ environment, and it smaller, lighter weight, higher reliability. The technology can be applied in logging instruments.
