生物悬浮填料处理含硫含氨炼油汽提废水

摘    要:炼油汽提废水经汽提处理后仍含有较高浓度的硫化物和氨氮,对该废水采用装填悬浮填料的两级曝气塔处理。研究了两级曝气塔水力停留时间(HRT)和溶解氧(DO)对特征污染物硫化物和氨氮的去除效果影响,在一级曝气塔HRT≥10.0h,DO≥3.0mg/L时,硫化物去除率大于98%;在二级曝气塔HRT≥8.0h,DO≥2.5mg/L时,氨氮去除率大于88%。

Abstract:Stripping wastewater in refinery contains hign concentration of sulfide and ammonia nitrogen by way of stripping.The wastewater was treated by using a two-stage aeration tower filled suspended filler, the influences of HRT and DO on the treatment effect were investigated respectively. The experimental results showed that, under HRT was more 10.0h and DO mass concentration in firstly aeration tower was more 3.0mg/L,the average removal efficiency of sulfide was more 98%,furthermore, under HRT was more 8.0h and DO mass concentration in next aeration tower was more 2.5mg/L,the average removal efficiency of ammonia nitrogen was more 88%.
