粉煤灰作补强填料的研究

摘    要:为了解决橡胶工业生产中由于炭黑、白炭黑作橡胶补强填料时成本过高的问题,通过采用适当的改性药剂对粉煤灰进行改性处理,使改性后的粉煤灰能够部分替代炭黑作橡胶补强填料。通过试验数据发现改性得到的粉煤灰部分替代炭黑作橡胶补强填料时的各种性能都接近甚至超过炭黑作橡胶补强填料时的性能。尤其是当改性粉煤灰以30%替代炭黑作橡胶补强填料时的效果更好。结果表明:用改性粉煤灰部分替代炭黑作橡胶补强填料具有重大的经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract:Carbon black and white silica,as the most important reinforcing filler in rubber production,are high at cost.in order to solve this problem,through adopting the proper modifier to modify and do with the flyash.The modified flyash can partly substitute Carbon black to fill into rubbers.Through test data we find that the rubbers with a part of flyash have close performance or even exceed the rubbers filled with carbon black and white silica.Especially when modified flyash substitutes carbon black and white silica at 30 percent the reinforcement efficiency is the best.The result shows: The flyash partly substitutes carbon black and white silica makes significant economic benefits and social benefit.
