楔形锁紧装置的设计

摘    要:为了更好地解决固定部件和移动部件之间的锁紧问题,设计了一种新型楔形锁紧装置,其工作原理是依靠楔形块之间的静摩擦力来约束两个具有相对运动部件之间的运动。对装置的动楔块、夹紧臂等关键部件进行理论力学计算分析,优化关键参数。将楔形锁紧装置在Pro/E中进行结构建模,设定工作参数后在ADAMS中进行运动仿真分析,验证楔形锁紧装置设计的可行性,获得模拟样机数据,提高了样机试制精确度,缩短实验周期,有效解决了工程机械领域设备中快速锁紧问题,保证设备安全及使用可靠。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of locking a fixed part with a movable one, a new type of wedge-shaped locking device is designed. Its principle is to apply the static friction between wedge-shaped blocks to restrain the movement between two relatively moving parts.
